Jennifer Kellar

Jennifer Kellar, APR, PMP, is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications. Currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Communications Services at AECOM since September 2008, Kellar has previously held significant roles including Vice President and Director of Corporate Communications at 1st Mariner Bank from 2004 to 2008, and Senior Strategic Communications Specialist at L3 Technologies in 2003. Earlier in the career, Kellar worked as a Senior Account Executive at Weber Shandwick from 1999 to 2003, developing a strong foundation in public relations. Kellar holds a B.A. in Journalism with a concentration in public relations from the University of Maryland's Philip Merrill College of Journalism.
