Karen Barrow

Karen Barrow is a degree-qualified HR professional with over 20 years of national and international experience in various operational HR activities, including resourcing, talent management, and employee engagement. They are currently the Head of Talent Management for Europe and India at AECOM, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Barrow held multiple HR roles at AECOM, including Senior People & Performance Advisor, and worked as a Human Resources Officer at the Health Protection Agency. They received their BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
