Levi Lacandula

Levi Lacandula is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leading global HR operations. Currently serving as the Head of HR Services and Director at AECOM Global Business Services since July 2021, Levi oversees hire-to-retire operations for over 50,000 employees. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Amazon, where Levi managed global learning operations and employee services, and at Citi, where responsibilities encompassed various HR shared services roles across the Asia Pacific region, supporting over 66,000 employees. Earlier career positions include team leadership roles at Misys and programming at HSBC.
