Lois Naftzger

Lois Naftzger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as Senior Director for Health & Group Benefits at AECOM since April 2005, Lois oversees U.S. operations. Previously, Lois held the position of HR Manager at Carlson from 2003 to 2005, managing recruitment, employee relations, and training. As Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Jabil from 1998 to 2003, Lois managed performance management systems and benefit plans. Lois began their career as an HR Representative at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center from 1992 to 1998, facilitating the recruitment process and conducting workshops. Lois holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Westmont College.
