Luis Lugo Jr.

Luis Lugo Jr. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business development and leadership within the construction and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Commercial Director for the Americas at AECOM since October 2025, Luis previously held multiple senior roles at Hill International, Inc. from December 2014 to October 2025, including Senior Vice President for Federal/RDR/Advisory Market Sector and Senior Vice President for Business Development - Americas. Other significant experiences include executive positions at PACO Group, Inc., Miami-Dade County Public Schools, and a distinguished career as an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Luis holds a Master’s degree in Business and Organizational Development from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Business from The State University of New York.
