AECOM
Mark Sicklen is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Director of Employee Support Services and Head of Service Delivery for the UKI region at AECOM since September 2002. In this role, Mark has transformed the IT support culture from a reactive stance to a proactive, customer-focused approach, leading a team of 60 to support a user base of 9,000 across 55 offices. Mark's accomplishments include the implementation of a new Helpdesk system following AECOM's acquisition of URS, as well as managing IT services for the flagship EMIA Headquarters in London. Prior to AECOM, Mark worked at Genesis Communications in an IT capacity from March 2000 to March 2001.
