Melinda Reed Weber

Melinda Reed Weber is an experienced marketing professional with a strong focus in the energy sector, currently serving as Energy Marketing Manager at AECOM since January 2015. In this role, Melinda oversees a marketing team managing various initiatives related to electrification, decarbonization, and energy advisory. Previously held positions include key account marketing management roles with AECOM and Lockheed Martin, where Melinda was responsible for proposal management and team coordination across environmental pursuits. As President of MRW Earthworks, LLC, Melinda managed all contract proposals and marketing activities from June 2008 to July 2022. Other notable experiences include serving as Corporate Marketing Manager at TIC - The Industrial Company/Kiewit Corporation and Real Estate Marketing Manager at Steamboat Ski & Resort Corporation.
