Neil Titley is the EIA Technical Director and Solar & Battery Sector Lead at AECOM, where they have worked since 2014. With 17 years of experience in delivering Environmental Impact Assessments across various sectors, Neil is a chartered environmentalist and an accredited project manager. Neil previously served as an Associate EIA/ESIA Consultant at URS Corporation from 2001 to 2014 and as Graduate Support at WSP in the UK in 2000-2001. They hold a BSc in Geography and an MSc in Meteorology and Climatology from The University of Birmingham.
