Reem Faris

Reem Faris, MBA, PMP, is the Sr. Director of Ethics and Compliance Information Systems at AECOM, where they manage a global anti-corruption compliance program and report to the Chief Compliance Officer. With over 5 years of experience in ethics and compliance and 13 years in defense contracting, Reem has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills while managing multiple high-value programs and projects. They previously served as a Portfolio Manager at Engility Corporation and a Linguist Manager at L-3 Communications, where they coordinated linguist teams for U.S. Army operations. Reem holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Amman Private University and an MBA from Webster University, and they are fluent in Arabic, making them a Middle East cultural subject matter expert.
