Richard Patterson

Richard Patterson, PE SE, has over four decades of experience in project management, design, and leadership within the civil engineering industry. Currently serving as the Vice President and Pacific Northwest Transportation Executive at AECOM, they leverage their extensive background in surface and transit businesses to guide project delivery and leadership growth. Richard's previous roles include Project Manager and Structural Department Manager at AECOM, as well as positions at Geoff Baillie and Associates, David Evans and Associates, COWI North America, and Stantec. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Martin's College. When not at work, Richard enjoys fly fishing and learning to golf.
