Ruifen Liu Pe

Ruifen Liu PE, SE is a highly skilled civil structural designer with extensive experience in the engineering field, currently employed at AECOM since November 2019. Prior roles include serving as a civil engineer at Michael Baker International, a bridge engineer at URS, and a design engineer at Pacrim Engineering. Early experience includes a position as a research assistant at the University of Utah, where Ruifen Liu contributed to academic projects. Ruifen Liu holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah, obtained in 2011, and a master's degree in Civil Engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University, completed in 2007.
