Sarah Binkowski

Sarah Binkowski, PE, PTOE, is a seasoned traffic engineering professional with extensive experience in Michigan's transportation sector. Currently serving as the Michigan Traffic Engineering Manager at AECOM since December 2023, Sarah has held various influential positions, including Past President of WTS Michigan and membership in the Michigan Section - ITE. Previous roles include Highway Department Manager at Michael Baker International and Senior Project Manager at HNTB, where Sarah managed significant transit and transportation projects. With a robust academic background in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University, including a Master's degree and multiple project management responsibilities, Sarah continues to contribute to the field through active engagement in professional organizations and leadership initiatives.
