Shaun Fernando serves as the SVP, Global Strategy & Growth Leader for Infrastructure Advisory at AECOM since September 2025. Currently involved as a Fellow at the Atlantic Council, Shaun has extensive experience in strategy and economics consulting, having held the role of Partner at Guidehouse, leading the Communities, Energy & Infrastructure practice from July 2019 to September 2025. Previous positions include Director at PwC, where engagement with Fortune 500 companies and government clients focused on sustainability and climate change. Shaun co-founded Power Education and contributed as an Infrastructure Economist seconded to the Global Green Growth Institute in Abu Dhabi. With technical expertise in design and engineering from roles at WSP and the IFC, Shaun holds a Master of Science in Environmental Design & Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from UCL.
