Simon Gosling

Simon Gosling is an experienced ecologist currently working at AECOM since March 2023, providing ecological data and advice to clients. Previously, Simon held the position of Graduate Ecologist, delivering both office and field-based ecology services. Simon's career includes a significant period at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions EMEA, where roles included People Director, overseeing people strategies for a major real estate services firm. Prior positions also include Director of People - EMEIA and APAC at Collinson, where Simon spearheaded cultural transformation initiatives, and various HR roles at Visa Europe and Logica, focusing on aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Species Identification and Survey Techniques from the University of Reading, a B.Sc. in Zoology from The University of Sheffield, and Postgraduate Diplomas in Human Resources Management and IT for Management.
