Tony Harold has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Associate Director - People & Culture at AECOM since June 2019. Previously, at Telstra from February 2015 to April 2019, Tony held multiple roles including Manager of Employee Relations, Manager of HR Mergers & Acquisitions, and Principal HR Specialist specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Alongside these roles, Tony served as Organisational Change Lead, overseeing a team for the Telstra Global HR Operating Model program. Additional experience includes HR Manager positions at Telstra Wholesale and Telstra Country Wide, along with various HR roles at Telstra Network Services. Tony holds a Graduate Certificate and Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology and completed Mediation Training & Assessment at the Dispute Settlement Centre of Victoria.
