William Reifsteck

William Reifsteck, II, FDBIA, CRIS, currently serves as Director at AECOM since November 2022, bringing extensive experience in the construction and preconstruction sectors. Previously, William held the role of Director of Preconstruction at WEBCOR Builders from July 2017 to November 2022 and served as Director of Preconstruction Services at ProWest Constructors from July 2012 to July 2017, where responsibilities included project acquisition efforts. Additional notable positions include Director of Integrated Services at gkkworks, Principal at Design-Build Consultants, and Vice President at Marsh Inc., where William founded an Owner Representative Construction Consulting Practice. William's career began at Kajima, overseeing projects in the automotive industry, and included a vice presidential role at AMEC to build a Design-Build organization. Educational credentials include a BA in History from the University of Notre Dame and an MA in Museum Management and Historic Preservation from SUNY Oneonta.
