Yuan (Andy) Fang serves as the Associate Director of Economics at AECOM since November 2019, leading the City ESG business line in Mainland China and overseeing strategic development, team building, market cultivation, project delivery, and stakeholder management. Prior to this role, Yuan worked as an Urban Finance Consultant for the World Resources Institute, contributing to sustainable urban finance research and strategies for urban innovation in developing countries. Yuan also held the position of Senior Manager at CFLD International, managing a significant transit-oriented new town project, and served as an Impact Investment Consultant with Dao Ventures, focusing on investments in environmental SMEs. Earlier experience includes managing international projects at the American Planning Association and leading urban planning initiatives as an intern at the Carl Small Town Center. Yuan holds a Master of Design Studies in Built Environment and Real Estate Investment from Harvard University and a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan.
