Channa Weerasinghe

Channa Weerasinghe is a highly experienced project coordinator and architect with a diverse background spanning over a decade in the architecture and design industry. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator at Aecon Group Inc., Channa successfully revitalized projects with overdue deliveries and completed outstanding tasks for over 60 projects across multiple regions in Canada. Previous roles include Design Technician, where Channa quickly mastered Telecom Engineering processes; Freelance Architect, where a network of clients and contractors was developed; and several positions as an architect focusing on communication and team leadership. Channa's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of the West of England, a Higher Diploma in Architecture, and professional practice credentials from the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects.
