Jessica Graziani

Jessica Graziani, CHRP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aecon Group Inc. since February 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Indigo from May 2019 to February 2024, where Jessica held positions such as Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Talent Acquisition Associate. Previously, Jessica worked at Aecon Group Inc. as a Human Resources Administrator from July 2018 to April 2019 and gained experience at Lane from January 2016 to July 2018 in roles including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Co-op. Jessica completed an Honours Bachelor of Science with a major in Psychology at the University of Toronto from 2009 to 2014 and obtained a Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management Co-op from Seneca Polytechnic in 2016.
