Johanne Doucet

Johanne Doucet is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for Lafarge Canada in both the Canada Cement and Western Canada divisions since April 2019, Johanne has also held senior positions at Aecon Group Inc. since August 2013, including Senior Director of Human Resources for Infrastructure. Previous roles include Human Resources Development Director for Lafarge Canada Inc., Regional Human Resources Manager at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and various human resources positions at Dana Canada. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, a Master's of Arts in Economics, and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Economics from the University of Guelph, alongside further education at Cornell University.
