Mark Schildroth

Mark Schildroth has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Mark began their career in 2012 as a Customer Service representative in the Parks and Recreation department of the City of Windsor. In 2014, they joined Topbillin Auto Sales as a Communications Associate and later moved on to County of Dufferin as a Communications Associate in 2015. In 2016, Mark worked briefly at the Township of Woolwich in Communications before transitioning to Aecon Group Inc. Here, they held various roles such as Specialist, Corporate Affairs, Manager, Corporate Affairs, and Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs from 2016 to 2023. From 2022 to 2023, they took on two Communications Lead positions for different projects within Aecon Group Inc. The most recent position they held in Aecon Group Inc. is Director, Communications - Highway 401 Expansion Project from 2022 to 2024. Mark'slatest recorded role is Director, Corporate Affairs, which they started in 2024.

Mark Schildroth has an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration from the University of Windsor's Odette School of Business. Mark also holds a Double Minor in Political Science and Labour Studies from the same institution. Mark has a Master of Science degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from Robert Gordon University. Mark has a Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Communications and Public Relations from Seneca Polytechnic. Mark has also completed the Executive mini-MBA program at Clemson University and a Major Concentration Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Windsor. Mark has obtained a Manager Program certificate in Blueprint from Aecon Group Inc. Additionally, Mark has expertise in Digital Media Strategy for Leaders from the University of Toronto. Mark has also completed the Essentials of Investor Relations course offered by the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI).
