Niguel A.d. Mousseau

Niguel A.D. Mousseau serves as the Director of Operations Legal for the East region at Aecon Group Inc., providing legal counsel across Energy, Mining, and Infrastructure sectors while overseeing contractual agreements and negotiations, including P3s and EPC contracts.
