Veronica Duran

Veronica Duran is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Aecon Group Inc. since April 2024, Veronica previously worked at Riverside Natural Foods Ltd., where roles included People & Values Manager and People & Values Business Partner from August 2022 to April 2024. Prior to that, Veronica gained experience at Flynn Group of Companies in several capacities, including HR Generalist & Special Projects, HR Projects & Integration Specialist, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Administrator from May 2019 to August 2022. Veronica's career began at Canada's Wonderland as a Human Resources HRIS/Trainer in early 2019. Veronica holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College and a degree from the University of Guelph.
