Kayla Andrews

Kayla Andrews, M.S., pHCLE, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Kayla most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Morgan County Charter Schools since December 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Generalist at a2b Fulfillment, Inc. from November 2018 to November 2020. Previously, Kayla held the position of Director of Human Resources & Executive Assistant at Boys & Girls Clubs Of North Central Georgia from August 2017 to November 2018. Kayla began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Madison-Morgan Boys & Girls Club from March 2015 to August 2017. In addition, they gained experience as a Sales Associate at Goodys from November 2014 to March 2015.

Kayla Andrews, M.S., pHCLE obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Piedmont University from 2014 to 2018. Kayla later pursued their Master of Science in Management & Leadership at Western Governors University from 2022 to 2023. Additionally, they hold certifications in Crucial Conversations, Professional Human Capital Leader in Education (pHCLE), Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), and Pediatric CPR, AED & First Aid.
