Rich Berry

Rich Berry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, finance, and project management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at 425 Consulting Group since January 2014, Rich oversees day-to-day operations and strategic vision for the firm, which specializes in enhancing organizational effectiveness through data and business processes. In addition, Rich serves as a Board Member and Partner at AecorSoft, Inc. and held the position of Director at LMC Consulting Group, where responsibilities included solution delivery and project management for a variety of reporting and business intelligence initiatives. Prior experience includes a significant role as Group Finance Manager at Microsoft, managing a large team in providing finance application solutions, as well as earlier work as a CPA and Senior Accountant at Moss Adams LLP. Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from the University of Washington.
