Hinesh Patel

Hinesh is an experienced management consultant with a proven track record of supporting healthcare organizations to define and deliver end-to-end strategic transformational change.

He has successfully led high-profile programs, reporting to Boards and their direct reports, supporting them to deliver their biggest priorities using his program management, operations, and performance improvement expertise, drawing on broader specialisms of colleagues where required.

He is currently providing oversight to programs at the heart of the biggest challenges faced by the National Health Service (NHS) in its seventy-year history, covering strategic transformation, operating model design, operational improvement, and digital change. He leads the Health Sector practice at Moorhouse, designing their strategy, building capability, and developing our people to best meet client challenges.

Outside of work, Hinesh is a regular volunteer in his local community, each year leading a team of over 40 people in the traffic management operation at a festival attended by over 80,000 people.
