David Martínez Montero

David Martínez Montero has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. David currently serves as the CEO of AEDAS Homes since September 2016. David also holds the position of Chairman at REBUILD since 2019. Additionally, they are an Adjunct Professor at IE Business School, where they teach in the Master of Real Estate Development program since October 2017 until 2022.

Prior to their current roles, David held the position of Managing Director at Distrito Castellana Norte from September 2013 to August 2016. David was the CEO of Valenor from February 2010 to September 2013. Before that, they served as the CEO of Valdebebas (Junta de Compensación) from February 2005 to September 2013.

David also has experience in project management, as they worked as the Project Director for Infrastructure and Land Development at 4 Torres Business Area from June 2002 to January 2005. David began their career as a Project Manager at Bovis Lend Lease from February 1998 to January 2002 and worked as a Construction Manager at Ferrovial from October 1996 to January 1998.

David Martínez Montero completed their MSc in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structures from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where they studied from 1989 to 1995. David later pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Navarra, graduating between 2002 and 2004.
