Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Valeo Management as Head of the Legal Department, focusing on student housing projects across Spain and Portugal. Fernando's experience includes leadership positions at MERLIN Properties and Testa Inmuebles en Renta SOCIMI, spearheading legal advisory for commercial and residential sectors. Legal acumen was also demonstrated at Vallehermoso and in earlier roles at Leroy Merlin and Lidl España, specializing in contract negotiation and urban planning.
