Tom Oczadly

Tom Oczadly has extensive experience in product management and project management roles. Tom is currently working at aedifion as the Head of Product, responsible for leading the product team. Prior to this, they were the Team Lead User Experience at aedifion and a Product Owner at the same company.

Before joining aedifion, Tom worked at DocMorris as a Product Owner for their marketplace from July 2020 to January 2022. Tom also worked at C&A as a Product Owner and Product Manager for their webshop and eCommerce from September 2018 to July 2020.

Tom's previous experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager in E-Commerce at Netto Digital, a Product Owner at SHOPMACHER eCommerce GmbH & Co. KG, and a Project Manager in E-commerce with Tengelmann E-Stores GmbH.

Additionally, they have worked as the Chairman of MTP - Marketing zwischen Theorie und Praxis e.V. and as a Marketing & Sales Intern at BiteBox GmbH. Tom also gained experience in asset management as a Working Student at Archon Group and in service and bartending at Café Extrablatt Bottrop.

Tom Oczadly completed their Bachelor's degree in International Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they pursued Business Mathematics at the University of Cologne/ University of Wuppertal from 2011 to 2012.
