Joe Kessler

Joe Kessler is an experienced business leader and managing partner at Next-Stage Development Group LLC and Bluescale Capital LLC, specializing in business advisory and creative capital solutions. Kessler serves on various boards, including the Association for Enterprise Growth and the Montgomery County Collaboration Board, where leadership roles have included advisory positions and presidency. In addition, Kessler co-founded the Montgomery County Students IT Foundation and has held significant roles within the Otis Taylor Band. Kessler’s investment and consulting expertise spans multiple sectors such as technology, digital marketing, finance, and real estate. Kessler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
