Connie Shao

Connie Shao currently serves as the VP/GM of International Touring at AEG Presents, where responsibilities include managing and producing international tours outside North America, collaborating with artists on tour planning, and overseeing financial models and forecasts for multi-currency tours. With a background that includes roles in business affairs and touring at Epitaph Records and International Creative Management, Connie has developed expertise in marketing strategies, artist management, and event execution. Further experience as Concerts Director at the University of Southern California involved producing large-scale events and managing budgets, complemented by a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Psychology from the University of Southern California.
