Jonathan Head is an experienced professional in product management and technical consulting, currently serving as the Manager of Product Support at AEG Presents since February 2023 and as a Product & Technical Consultant at Memberly.App since July 2024. As the Founder of The Computer Head, Jonathan has cultivated a diverse skill set throughout a career that includes significant roles such as IT Program Manager at Snap Inc., Program Manager for the County of Los Angeles Department of Public Works, and Business System Analyst for the County of Los Angeles Department of Regional Planning. With a foundation in software engineering and systems administration, Jonathan has developed proficiency in managing complex IT and SaaS projects, database structures, automation workflows, and technical documentation, bolstered by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
