Chase Finley

Chase Finley currently serves as President & COO of AEG Vision since June 2025. Prior to this role, Chase held the position of Chief Operating Officer at GI Alliance from November 2021 to June 2025. Experience also includes serving as a member of the Board of Directors at Workwell Medical Group from October 2015 to December 2022 and various leadership roles at Envision Physician Services between October 2017 and November 2021, including Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations & Support Services. Earlier in the career, Chase was President & CEO at AppleCare Immediate Care from June 2013 to October 2017. Chase holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of New Orleans.
