Halldor Christen Tjoflaat is the current Chairman of the Board at Aega ASA. Halldor has also served on the Board of Directors Convene Group and as a Partner at NorgesInvestor. Halldor Christen Tjoflaat began their career as a Portfolio Manager at Finansbanken Private Banking before moving to Forsvaret - Norwegian Armed Forces where they served as a Sergeant in the Kings Guard.

Halldor Christen Tjoflaat has a MSc in Business from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a degree in Business and Administration from Sør-Trøndelag University College (HiST). Halldor also has training as a Sergeant from the Infantry officer training school.
