Elina Fragkouli

Elina Fragkouli currently serves in the Human Resources department at Aegean Baltic Bank S.A. since December 2023. Previous experience includes various roles within Alpha Bank from March 2018 to November 2023, specifically in Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, and Human Resources Administration. Elina also worked as a Senior Human Resources Assistant and HR Trainee at the European Central Bank from June 2013 to July 2015. Earlier positions include a Sales Associate at ZARA in 2008 and a Receptionist for a political party in 2006. Elina holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a BSc in Marketing and Communication from Athens University of Economics and Business.
