Grant Waldron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as Manager at Aegis Aged Care Group since March 2018, Grant also holds the position of Director Member Services at the Local Government Association of South Australia since September 2016, overseeing human resources, industrial relations, education and training, emergency management, and IT. Previously, Grant worked at Regis Group as an Employee Relations Specialist from September 2005 to July 2016, where achievements included leading HR through significant growth and establishing a valued HR team. Earlier career experience includes a long tenure at ANZ in human resources. Grant's educational background features a Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance from Massey University and degrees from Victoria University of Wellington, including a Bachelor of Business Administration.
