Valence Williams

Valence Williams has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Valence began their career in 2002 at Maxim Group as a senior vice president, where they worked until 2008. In this role, Valence traded equities, options, and fixed income securities, and conducted analysis on emerging markets. Valence also handled IPO and PIPE transactions. After leaving Maxim Group, Valence worked independently as a senior vice president, engaging in similar activities. In 2013, they joined Aegis Capital as an SVP, and in 2018, they joined JhDarbie as a Senior Vice President.

Valence Williams obtained an MBA in finance from Howard University between 1974 and 1976.
