Chris Walton

Chris Walton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and leadership across various sectors, including renewable energy, shipbuilding, and defense. Currently serving as Chair Designate and Board Advisor at Aegis Energy, Chris also holds the position of Non-Executive Board Member for the National Shipbuilding Strategy Client Board at the Royal Navy. As Master of the GUILD OF FREEMEN OF THE CITY OF LONDON, Chris demonstrates expertise in public speaking and finance. Previous roles include Chairman and Non-Executive Director at JSC “National Company “KazMunayGas,” where Chris oversaw governance, M&A, and strategic initiatives. Additionally, Chris contributes as Audit Chair for the Submarine Delivery Agency, focusing on project management and finance.
