Garrett Finnegan

Garrett Finnegan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in handling excess general liability claims, particularly within the utility and nursing home trucking sectors. A Senior Litigation Counsel at AEGIS Insurance Services since February 2004, Garrett manages complex claims for mutual insurance. Prior to this role, Garrett served as a Claims Coordinator at Investors Underwriting Managers, where management of a staff of four adjusters complemented the handling of excess liability claims. Earlier experience includes working as a Claims Analyst at AIG Technical Services, focusing on environmental claims and litigation, and as a paralegal at both Whitman, Breed, Abbott & Morgan and Cardali & Cardali, P.C. Garrett holds a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from the University of Scranton.
