Rochelle Walk

Rochelle Walk is an accomplished attorney and managing partner at AEGIS Law and the Walk Law Firm, PA, with extensive experience in corporate governance, legal services, and business counsel. Since July 2018, Rochelle has overseen a merger that enhanced the firm's capabilities in mediation, arbitration, and investigatory services. Prior roles include President of Walk Law Firm, PA, and Managing Attorney of The Flat Fee Lawyer, where a focus on accessible legal services is paramount. Rochelle has held senior leadership positions as Vice President and General Counsel at Anchor Glass Container Corporation and Oglebay Norton Company, as well as a Business Unit Director at Sherwin-Williams. An attorney since 1985, Rochelle holds a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies and Mathematical Economics from Colgate University.
