Perrin Beatty

Perrin Beatty is a highly experienced communications and academic professional with a background in microbiology and biotechnology. Currently serving as Communications Coordinator at Entos Pharmaceuticals since May 2018, and holding multiple writing and communications roles at Nanostics Inc. and the Alberta Prostate Cancer Research Initiative, Perrin has significant expertise in the field. Additionally, Perrin has been a Communications Lead at Aegis Life, Inc. since April 2021. Prior experience encompasses academic positions at the University of Alberta, including roles as a Contract Academic Sessional Instructor and Research Associate, where Perrin focused on biotechnology applications in agriculture and antibiotic research. Educational credentials include a PhD in Microbiology and Biotechnology from the University of Alberta and a BSc in Microbiology and Biochemistry from the University of Victoria.
