Currently serving as a Recruiter at Aegis Living since June 2024, Chloe previously held the position of Recruiter II at Microsoft from November 2023 to June 2024. Prior to Microsoft, Chloe worked at Meta as a Candidate Channels Advisor in Recruiting Operations, where responsibilities included advising candidates, conducting exploratory calls, and managing the resume review process. Chloe's recruitment journey began at Collabera Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, managing the full lifecycle recruitment for IT and non-IT positions and collaborating with Fortune 500 clients.
