Derek Mullens

Derek Mullens has had an extensive career in human resources. Derek most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Aegis Living starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Blue Nile for over a decade, from 2012 to 2023. Before joining Blue Nile, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Mike's Hard Lemonade from 2010 to 2012. Derek also held the title of Vice President, Human Resources at Car Toys & Wireless Advocates from 2007 to 2010 and Director, Human Resources at Linens N Things from 1998 to 2007.

Derek Mullens holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Oregon.
