Michael Graham

Michael Graham currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales at Aegis Living since October 2025. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales at Arcis Golf from May 2022 to November 2025, where leadership was provided to the national sales organization, resulting in record growth and a unified sales strategy across approximately 70 clubs. Michael's earlier experience includes various leadership roles at Encore from November 2004 to May 2022, culminating in the position of Vice President, Strategic Accounts/Luxury, where oversight of brand standards and hotel-based operations was managed. Michael also held positions such as Regional Vice President - Event Sales, Regional Manager Canada & New York, and Team Leader, focusing on revenue growth and operational excellence. Michael's career began at Stagevision Rentals Inc. as Director of Sales and Technical/Account Manager. Michael is an alumnus of the University of Windsor, with studies completed between 1998 and 2001.
