Suzanne Gang

Suzanne Gang is an experienced talent acquisition leader, currently serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Aegis Living since February 2024. Prior to this role, Suzanne held positions such as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Chewy and Director of Talent Acquisition for the Amazon Account at CBRE. With a strong background in recruiting, Suzanne has also served as Director of Talent Acquisition at Alaska Airlines and Campus Relationship Manager at Philips, where a campus outreach strategy at the University of Washington was developed. Suzanne Gang & Associates was founded as an executive search firm specializing in medical device sales, demonstrating a successful track record in client relations and candidate placements. Additional experience includes roles at Healthcare Specialists, Johnson & Johnson, Inforte, and Deloitte Consulting, contributing to significant workforce expansions and strategic recruiting initiatives. Suzanne holds a BA in Communication Studies from California State University-Sacramento and an MS in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University.
