Vanessa Santacoloma, MSBA

Vanessa Santacoloma, MSBA, has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Vanessa began their career as an Academics Tutor at John Tyler Community College from October 2015 to May 2016. In May 2017, they worked as a Study Abroad Business Intern at Bankia FinTech for two months. Following this, Vanessa joined the YMCA of Greater Richmond in November 2019 as the Director of HR Services until October 2020. Vanessa then transitioned to Dominion Energy in October 2020, working there as an Operations Analyst until April 2023. Currently, Vanessa is employed at Aegis Mobile as a Business Analyst, starting from April 2023.

Vanessa Santacoloma, MSBA, has a diverse educational background encompassing different fields of study. From 2021 to 2023, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Analytics at William & Mary. Prior to that, in 2020, Vanessa completed a Post-Baccalaureate program in Paralegal studies at George Mason University.

Vanessa's undergraduate studies took place from 2014 to 2018 at James Madison University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Vanessa'smajor was in International Business, with a minor in Business Spanish. Additionally, in 2016, they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration from John Tyler Community College.

Before transitioning to their current field, Vanessa obtained a Certification in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Chesterfield Technical Center in 2014. Vanessa also has additional certifications in Agile Foundations, Learning Data Analytics, EKG Technician, Medical Assisting, and Phlebotomy. These certifications further demonstrate their commitment to lifelong learning and expanding their skill set. Moreover, Vanessa is a licensed Virginia Notary Public, having obtained the certification from Chesterfield County in 2020.
