Matt Sowden

Matt Sowden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in application development and IT management. Currently serving as Application Development Manager at Aegis Project Controls since November 2020, Matt focuses on leading multiple Agile Software Teams in the development of internal and SaaS applications while prioritizing process automation and customer service. As the owner of Jouleworks Development LLC since May 2020, Matt provides consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses for IT management and custom application development. Previous roles include Director of Information Technology at Linearizer Technology Inc., evening instructor at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, and various community management positions. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Development and Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus and an Associate of Science in Information Technology from Bucks County Community College.
