Lance Gatewood

Lance Gatewood is a proven engineering leader with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and sales. They served as the Director of Sales and Engineering at Innovative Conveyance Solutions from 2021 to 2023, prior to which they held various engineering roles at Aegis Sortation, including Application Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineering Manager. Lance also worked at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC as an Application Specialist, and started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Tekno, Inc., where they eventually became the Director of Sales and Engineering. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Kentucky.
