Mohona Paul

Mohona Paul currently serves as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner at Aegis Ventures, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Mohona held various roles at Flatiron Health from January 2020 to June 2024, including Director of Corporate Development and Associate Principal of Partnerships. Mohona’s experience in the healthcare sector includes senior consulting roles at L.E.K. Consulting and a summer internship at Oxeon Partners. Earlier in the career, Mohona worked at IBM from January 2012 to July 2016, culminating as a Managing Consultant in IBM Watson Health. Educational credentials include an MBA in Health Care Management and Finance from The Wharton School, as well as a Master of Science in Engineering in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
