Mohona Paul

Mohona Paul is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner at Aegis Ventures since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mohona held various positions at Flatiron Health from 2020 to June 2024, including Director of Corporate Development and Associate Principal of Partnerships. At L.E.K. Consulting from 2018 to 2020, Mohona was a Senior Consultant in Healthcare Services, leading case teams and managing associates on projects related to growth strategy and due diligence in the healthcare sector. Earlier experience includes consultancy roles at Oxeon Partners and IBM, where Mohona contributed to market strategy and business development initiatives in the healthcare and life sciences domains. Mohona holds an MBA from The Wharton School with concentrations in Health Care Management and Finance, as well as dual Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
