Alina Kucherenko

Alina Kucherenko's work experience begins in 2003 as a Finance Intern at Morgan Stanley, where they assisted with financial and operational processes in the Investment Management sector. Alina then moved on to Argonaut Group in 2004 as a Finance Intern. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Vedder Price P.C., managing regulatory oversight matters and addressing disclosure obligations for the firm's adviser and fund clients. In 2010, they joined Northern Trust Corporation as a Second Vice President, overseeing regulatory compliance and disclosure matters for investment advisers and their mutual fund complexes. Alina then worked at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. as a Compliance Specialist, overseeing mutual fund and investment adviser compliance matters. Alina later joined PPM America, Inc. in 2015 as a Senior Compliance Officer. Finally, in 2019, they joined Aegon Asset Management, first as a Senior Investment Compliance Manager in the US, and later as the Head of Compliance for Aegon AM Global.

Alina Kucherenko has an MBA in Finance (With Distinction) from the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they obtained from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance at the Walter E. Heller College of Business - Roosevelt University from 2001 to 2005. Alina also holds additional certifications, including the Investment Adviser Core Compliance Program from the Investment Adviser Association.
